- First-Time Homebuyers: Preference is given to those purchasing their first home.
- Family Size: The applicant’s family should consist of a husband, wife, and unmarried children.
- Age Requirement: Applicants should be at least 18 years old.
- No Existing Pucca House: Families should not already own a pucca house in their name.
