Job Responsibilities:
- Production and Processing: Operate state-of-the-art dairy processing equipment to convert raw milk into premium dairy products, including milk, yogurt, cheese, and butter. Adhere to rigorous production and hygiene guidelines to ensure consistency and safety in all products.
- Quality Control: Keep a close eye on the production process to ensure products meet quality standards and comply with regulations. Perform regular inspections and quality checks to detect and correct any issues promptly.
- Packaging and Distribution: Efficiently package the finished dairy products for distribution. Ensure accurate labeling and secure packaging to maintain product quality and freshness during transport.
- Maintenance: Carry out regular maintenance on machinery and equipment to avoid malfunctions and maintain peak performance. Report any issues to the maintenance team to ensure quick fixes and prevent operational delays.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, including supervisors, quality control staff, and fellow production team members, to meet daily production goals and ensure smooth operations. Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment focused on achieving high operational standards.
